At our salon, we have the following policy for the mutual convenience of both our clients and our salon.
• We ask that all clients give us a notice of cancellation atleast 24 hours prior to their appointment time. This is in consideration of both the technicians time and other appointments on the same day.
• We have the right to refuse or stop service for any person who is rude or comes in with a bad attitude
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items and gift cards
• We do not provide refunds on services. However, we will try our best to address your issues with the services itself, if any.
• Our prices are available on the menu. Please confirm the prices with the nail techs before receiving the services.
• You will be fully responsible for your personal belongings during your visit. You will have to pay compensation if you damage any salon products during the visit
• If you are coming with kids, we request you to take care of them
• Please do not take any pictures in the salon without our consent
• Ask for the service which you would like to have. If you are unsure, please speak to the salon manager
• If you are unsatisfied with our service, please speak with the manager immediately, and we will do our best to remedy the situation.

Loyalty rewards program
First time clients will receive a loyalty rewards card at the end of their service. This card requires 10 stamps in order to be redeemed. To get a stamp at the end of your visit, your purchase must be $20 or more. This applies per person, per visit. Once your card reaches 10 stamps, you will receive a discount of $20 off your service. We kindly ask you to make sure you receive your stamp at each visit as we will not offer stamps for previous visits.
Example: 2 people get their nails done and each service was over $20, they would receive 2 stamps. If it was only one person, they would receive one stamp for that one visit regardless of the purchase amount.
